The American Red Cross helps locate individuals serving in the military service worldwide. If you have lost contact with a family member in another country as the result of war, civil crisis, or disaster, the American Red Cross may be able to help locate the family member and reunite you.

They also assist military personnel with interest free loans or grants, provide counseling services and referrals, will relay urgent family messages to military personnel via a worldwide communications network, and assists with military reassignments orhardship discharges. American Red Cross
