AGRICULTURAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD
TheAgricultural Labor Relations Board (ALRB)administers the Agricultural Labor Relations Act (ALRA), a statute enacted in 1975 to afford farm workers in California with the right to freely choose whether or not to be represented by a union and the right to engage in union or other concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid and protection.
