The Department will forward a copy of the complaint to the healing arts board that licensed the professional. Telephone Medical Advice Services go back


As of January 1, 2017, the Telephone Medical Advice Services Bureau no longer exists. If the complaint is about a Registered Nurse, refer them to the Board of Registered Nursing. If it's about a physician, refer them to the Medical Board, etc. It depends on what type of licensee the caller is complaining about, and that's where you need to refer them.
