Pornographic or Sexually Explicit Mail:

To stop unwanted mailing of pornographic or sexually explicit mail to a consumer's address, the consumer should request a Postal Service Form 2201 (available at local post office). Filling out this form will keep a consumer's name off mailing list for 5 years; after that time it must be renewed. Thirty days after a consumer's name has been added to the Postal Service Reference List, any mailer who sends the consumer sexually oriented advertisements may be subject to civil and criminal sanctions.
