The Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (Civil Code §§ 1790-1796.5)

The Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act provides warranty protection on the sale of computers that are sold with the manufacturer's written warranty. For example, if the computer is defective and the defect is covered by the written warranty, the manufacturer or its agent must repair the computer to conform to the warranty in a reasonable number of repair attempts.
