The "Privacy Rights Clearinghouse", affiliated with the Utility Consumers' Action Network (UCAN) addresses computer privacy rights issues in "Privacy in Cyberspace". The website describes the major privacy roadblocks to on-line activity and provides useful tips for protecting personal information on-line. It also identifies privacy technologies, such as encryption and anonymous retailers which allow consumers to safeguard their personal data. They also provides a list of privacy resources where consumers can go for more help.
