The California Department of Veterans Affairs (CDVA) has three divisions:
1. The Division of Veterans Services processes claims for United States Department of Veterans Affairs (USDCA) veterans' benefits and state dependents' education benefits.
2. The Division of Farm and Home Purchases administers the Cal-Vet Farm and Home Loan program.
3. The Division of Veterans Home and Medical Center operates a 1400 member veterans home in Yountville (Napa Valley).
