The National Urban League Provides assistance with employment for individuals 22-55 years of age who have had no income or only a low income for the past year; provides direct placement for on the job training programs. If individuals are 16-21 years of age and have not completed high school, they may participate in the Project Success Program and acquire adult training for jobs.
