As of January 1, 1990, polygraph examiners were deregulated and no longer are licensed by the State of California. Consumers should contact their local district attorney for assistance.
Consumers may contact the US Department of Labor, Fair Labor Standards Division for rules and regulations governing the prohibition and restriction on the use of polygraph exams within the workforce.
