MAIL ORDER (POSTAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES)

go back

Mail order companies can charge a flat rate for all merchandise regardless of the size or weight of individual items. The company must state the rate or type of postage to be charged within its advertising. If the consumer decides not to keep the merchandise, no refunds for postage or handling are required.</ p>
