Consumers who have complaints about magazine subscriptions may attempt to resolve their problem in the following ways:
- If the consumer has ordered a magazine directly from a magazine publisher, he or she may send a complaint letter to the publisher.
- If the consumer ordered through Publisher's Clearing House, he or she may contact Publisher's Clearing House.
