The Department of Fair Employment and Housing takes complaints on employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, or age, (over 40). Such discrimination includes sexual harassment, pregnancy leave, family or medical leave, accommodation of disabilities, acts of violence, or discrimination in public services or accommodations.
