Convalescent Homes/Nursing Homes

Convalescent homes (nursing homes) are licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and are managed by administrators licensed by The Nursing Home Administrator Program, under the California Department of Health Services. Consumers must contact the appropriate district office for information.
