The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) regulates the sale and manufacture of alcoholic beverages, issuing various classes of licenses for the sale and manufacture of alcoholic beverages and can fine or revoke beer licenses when alcohol is sold to minors. The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau enforces regulations for imported beer.
The ABC can fine or revoke beer licenses of establishments caught selling alcohol to minors.
