The American Red Cross - People Locating Service (ARC) helps locate individuals serving in the military service worldwide. ARC can also assist in reuniting family members who have lost contact with loved ones in other countries as the result of war, civil crisis or disaster. ARC also provides relief to disaster victims and helps people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.
