AIRCRAFT
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issue licenses and enforces rules and regulations for the manufacture, operation, and maintenance of aircraft. The agency performs flight inspections in the United States and abroad, researches devices and develops procedures for a safe system of air navigation. Complaint jurisdiction is for aviation safety only.
