ACQUIRED IMMUNE DEFICIENCY SYNDROME (AIDS)
AIDS is an acquired immune deficiency disease, and can result in a variety of infections, some forms of cancer, and nervous system degeneration. AIDS is transmitted by certain body fluids including: blood, semen, and vaginal fluid. The Northern California and Southern California support/information services will mail up to 6 free publications; others are available at nominal charge.
AIDS/HIV information deals with various issues: prevention, education, housing, etc.
